The lady and i celebrated 5 yrs together last night. she surprised me with dinner at the melting pot in irvine. i was super stoked cuz i’ve never been there before! for those who’ve never been, it’s a fondue spot. Using skewers, you can stick various breads, veggies, meats and treats; and dip or cook them into boiling cheeses or broths. We had it all! even went with the wine pairing to try with each of the dishes. SO good.
