Every year my mom, sister and I celebrate what we refer to as Japanukkah (japanese/hanukkah & no, we’re not Jewish, we just like lots of presents!) For 4 days, we give each other one gift a day, the last being on Christmas day. This year we decided to get creative by making one of the 4 gifts a hand-made one, one a thrifted gift and the last two something that would fulfill our wish lists. As always, my family kills it in the creativity dept. Mom knitted a sick scarf and sister made me some shnazzy bow ties. As for me, I made them some kind of cell phone charging basket made from lotion bottles…(what?!) Exactly.
